Frequently Asked Questions

  • TrackMan 4’s Optically Enhanced Radar Tracking (OERT) gives jaw-dropping precision indoors. The unit uses two radars and one camera to measure club, launch and ball-flight data from a database of over 1 billion shots to render the ball flight with the same accuracy as outdoor. That’s next level.

  • All ages are welcome, the maximum group size we recommend for a quality experience is four golfers. We ask that all patrons are respectful of the space and technology. Parental supervision or Golf Shop approval is required for any players under 18 years old.

  • No, the hourly rate is the cost for use of the simulator. The can be split by the number of people renting the bay.

  • TrackMan has brilliant games including Bullseye, Closest to the Pin, Hit it! and Capture the Flag that are fun, interactive and a great way of improving your game. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner. This is golf for everyone.

  • Each golfer is responsible for their own clubs and ball(s) – all must be completely clean prior to play. Titleist Pro V1 RCT golf balls are available for purchase – this ball is equipped with radar capture technology and is optimized with Trackman. Rental golf clubs are available for a fee.

    BirTee golf tees are provided for use – their unique design makes them ideal for simulators as they sit on top of the “ground”. The 8 different sizes allows golfers to us them with all clubs including drivers, woods, hybrids and irons – plastic or wooden tees are not permitted as they can damage the screen.

  • We suggest allotting up to 1 hour per person for 18 holes – times vary based on skill level and pace of play. For example, a foursome playing 9 holes will take 2 hours. To get the most out of your simulator time you can set up automatic putting. Keep in mind that you are paying for an hour of simulator time, not a round of golf. As such, you may not complete your round in the allotted time.

  • If you do not complete your round in the time you have rented you can inquire about renting additional hour(s). If additional time is not available you must vacate the simulator space so that the next group can begin play. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so that you can check in with the Golf Shop and begin your session on time. In order to maximize your time we recommend setting up an account on the Trackman App and selecting a course to play ahead of time.

  • Our Trackman Suite is available for lessons. The cost would be the rental time period, plus the golf professional’s lesson rate.
